My Favourite Green Peanut Butter Smoothie

I tend to go through phases of loving smoothies and then not being able to stand them. When I don't like 'em it's usually because they're too thick, warm or green. When I do love em, it's normally because of the weather.

In England it's started to get a little sunnier and a tiny bit warmer, so I've been blending my fruits and veggies a little more regularly.

This green smoothie always hits the spot - it's simple, filling and usually a really pretty green colour. Usually.
It also takes about 3.4 minutes to make so it's a simple and healthy brekkie option if you're pushed for time!
What you'll need:
- Large handful of spinach
- 300ml semi-skimmed milk...add more if you'd prefer it to be thinner
- One ripe-ish banana
- A tablespoon of peanut butter
- Ice or frozen blueberries/berries

What you'll do:
- Add the milk, banana and peanut butter into the blender
- Blend until smooth and then add the rest of the ingredients and blend it again.
I will admit this one is a horridly disgusting colour and not appealing in the slightest. It's good for you though and a nice little energy boost.
